The SimHeadset Adapter CVC is a USB headset adapter which allows the use of military Combat Vehicle Crewman (PICVC and CVC) helmets, headsets and handsets with a Windows-based computer via the USB port. It features a mil-spec U-283/U 6-contact receptacle. The SimHeadset CVC Adapter requires no external power when used with non- Active Noise Reduction (ANR) headsets and handsets with un-powered dynamic microphones such as the DH-132A/B and H250. A 24VDC power supply is included for use with ANR powered headsets such as the Bose H-374/VRC.

The SimHeadset CVC Adapter also comes with a FREE copy of our SimPTT software, which has the ability to map the PTT to any keyboard key and turns on the sidetone while any PTT is pressed. Includes a 6-foot USB cable and 24VDC power supply.
